Payment: Our payment terms are credit card or cheque with order unless a 30 day account has been approved. Credit cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. We need to know the credit card number, the expiry date, the name on the card and in the case of Switch the issue number. We do not accept American Express cards. Official orders: We accept official orders from approved and regular customers, also government and educational establishments. VAT is charged on all UK orders at the current rate of 15%. Countries outside the EEC will not be charged VAT. VAT dispensation, where applicable, will require the supply of a VAT, TVA or MWST number. Delivery: Most fonts these days are sent as an attachment by email, but larger font collections are normally supplied on CD or DVD. Heavier items are sent by courier and overseas items by Swiftair or equivalent. Postage costs vary with the items ordered. Same day couriers, motorcycle messengers and Red Star services are all available at cost.
